Features:
- Direct Switch on Function:
- After open the power, the pipe is drained the air before emectrothermalon.
- Oil Box no Heat Design:
- Oil is heating in the pipe, on in the oil box. Advantage for long life cycle NO. generated oil gas interface.
- Temperature Warning Alarm:
- When actual temperature setting has a deviation of 2¢J~4¢J (deviation range can be set to automatic),it will trigger the signal lighting and thewarnign alarm.
- Compulsory Temperature Reduction:
- Press this button before shutting down will result a compulsory temperature reduction of the water (oil).
- Auto Draining System:
- press the button of drain water / oil before changing the mold. Make use of the AIR to drain out the residual water (oil) totally, for a clean mold.
- Control Panel is Separated:
- The control panel is separated from the machine to achieve anefficient insulation and to prolong the life spend of the electronic components.
- Auto Exhaust Air Function:
- This function is to exhaust gasified water (oil) for precision and prevent the malfunction of motor.
- Adopting the Japan "OMRON" P.I.D. automated-micro-processing temperature controller. Precise and stable, having an accuracy of ±0.5¢J off scale.
- High-Class Parts:
- Circuit Breaker (MERLIN GERIN), Arc contact (TELEMEACIQUE), electro magnetic valve (O.D.E.), temperature controller (YAMATAKE), relay (OMRON).
- Easy to operate by humanize panel and enclosed the draft for reference.
