Silent & Low Speed plastic granulator ( AH-160)
AH-160 is constituted by 1.5KW(2HP) and with capacity 80kg~100kg/hr( depend on different materials),and the inlet size is 164mm*260mm.
The blades are assembly by S blade, gear blade and SKD-11 material of bed & front stationary blades. The crushed sizes are at 4 x 4.5mm all the waste or scrap (runner) related to the plastic is very efficiency.
It is used to crush sprue by plastic injection molding machine.
